A sangha is a Buddhist community of practice. A sangha may be composed of nuns and monks, or of lay people. The Fireweed Sangha is a community of lay people. "In practicing together as a Sangha ... our practice of mindfulness becomes more joyful, relaxed and steady. We are bells of mindfulness for each other, supporting and reminding each other along the path." Sangha is one of Buddhism's Three Jewels, the other two being Buddha and Dharma.
